Terms and Conditions for Sadie's Dance Expressions

Welcome to Sadie's Dance Expressions! By participating in our classes and programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Participation in dance classes involves physical activity and inherent risks. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You are participating at your own risk.
• You are responsible for your own physical condition and well-being.
• You will inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in classes and activities at Sadie's Dance Expressions, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Sadie's Dance Expressions, its owners, instructors, and staff from any and all claims, liabilities, or injuries that may occur as a result of your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

• Class Tuition: All tuition payments are final. We do not offer refunds for missed classes or withdrawals after the session has started.
• Class Cancellation: If a class is canceled by Sadie's Dance Expressions, you will receive a credit for a future class.
•  Enrollment Fee: The one time enrollment fee of 50 is non-refundable.
• Any merchandise is eligible for exchange for up to 30 days.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards instructors and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove any participant from class for inappropriate behavior without refund.

By participating in our classes, you consent to the recording and use of your image and/or voice in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wilmore KY
